Full priced items
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your full priced goods we will happily offer you a return within 2 weeks of receiving the piece.
For our UK customers, we cover all return shipping costs.
As a growing small business, we’re not yet able to offer free returns globally but we’re always here to help. If you need guidance on sizing, fit, or styling before placing your order, just reach out and we’ll support you every step of the way.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we will offer you an exchange or a full refund.
Sale items No returns, however you can exchange it for a different size or get a year's credit note. Garments are returned to Eki at your own expense. We recommend recorded delivery and retaining proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit
Hair accessories
Due to hygiene, hair accessories cannot be returned.
Made to order
Please note that any made to order or bespoke garments cannot be returned. We will however work alongside you to make sure you are fully satisfied with the end result.
